Educated in business and sports psychology, and as Founder and CEO of Astronaut, he combines business acumen with a deep understanding of human behaviour and performance. His work integrates perspectives from business, psychology and elite sport — always with a clear focus on people, responsibility and long-term performance.

Early in his career, he recognised that sustainable success is not defined solely by strategy or competence, but by how people communicate, collaborate and align around a shared purpose. Since then, he has worked across industries and leadership levels to clarify culture, strengthen leadership and create measurable results through stronger alignment and teamwork.

As a coach and advisor, Anders works closely with senior leaders operating under high demands and in complex environments. His coaching creates space for reflection and personal clarity — helping leaders become aware of blind spots, clarify their values and lead with authenticity and steadiness.

Alongside his advisory work, his background in sports psychology and experience within elite sport have shaped his understanding of performance under pressure. Through work with national and international teams, he has seen how sustainable high performance is built on trust, clarity and shared commitment — insights directly transferable to executive teams and organisational leadership.

In recent years, he has also deepened his focus on how AI and emerging technologies can support leadership in practice.
