Our work is also grounded in our own experience of serving as managers and CEOs, leading executive teams and operating in organisations with high demands on performance, collaboration and accountability.

We combine insights from business, behavioural science and elite sports to create results that endure over time. By bringing together commercial insight and a deep understanding of human behaviour, we support organisations in building environments where leaders, teams and employees develop their personal leadership, perform with quality and thrive. Astronaut was founded out of a desire to broaden perspective. The name symbolises curiosity, courage and perspective – the willingness to step back, see the organisation from above, understand the whole and think differently when needed.

We also bring extensive experience from board work and have, over many years, served on boards of companies across different industries and stages of development. This provides us with a broad perspective on ownership issues, strategic decision-making and the interaction between boards, executive leadership, teams and the wider organisation.

What unites us is our own experience of leading – as managers at multiple levels, CEOs and board members – combined with a deep commitment to people and organisations in development.

    With more than thirty years of experience, he has worked with Scandinavian and internationally operating organisations to strengthen leadership, develop executive teams and build sustainable performance cultures. Drawing on his background as a manager, CEO and board member, he combines commercial acumen with a deep understanding of people, and is known for his ability to both challenge and support leaders, teams and organisations in complex environments.
